Jen R, Fraulein Maria, Eddie K, and Katherine have all graciously accepted my invitation to blog. Update 11/26/08: Tdadpete's on board too. Thanks!
We each will have our niche--Jen R has already outline hers, so here is mine:
- "on the ticker"
- Pertinent stories gathered from surfing the web, posted roughly every three days, or so. I'll basically be cherry-picking the stories that grab my attention. Update 11/25/08: Everything 'on the ticker' you can find in the column to the right.
- "on the radar"
- These are more deliberate posts concerning advocacy and attention to particular legislation and occasional mulling over the best means of mobilizing constituents for pro-life causes and building consensus around pro-life-pro-woman legislation. My focus, in addition to life issues, will be education and occasionally urban policy. At times I will monitor developing events, i.e. Cabinet selection, Justice nominations, etc. I'll try to post these about once a week
- A list of presidential executive orders subject to review by the Transition
- Education on the back burner?
- Pro-life groups "invigorated" since Obama win
- The transition announces its working groups
- Obama makes good on talk about weeding out special interest groups.
- Obama on veterans day
- Journalism on the media: election night at Fox News
- Pathways for Obama to accomplish his military goals
- Obama speaks with the Pope.
