Introduction

I'm very glad to accept j f n's invitation to blog here at The Obama Administration. I'll probably be cross-posting some content from Turn the Clock Forward, my consistent-life-ethic blog about ending abortion through social progress. In addition, I'd like to contribute some commentary about civil and human rights. Among its many destructive legacies, the Bush Administration has made torture, detention without due process, warrantless spying on Americans, and executive unaccountability official U.S. policy. The Obama Administration can do better, should do better, and will do better -- if we make it happen.
